Scuba Cat-Inspired Activities
Flashcards
Use the flashcards for picture matching while you read the book to your child.
Play an “I Spy game” with your child. For Example: “I Spy with my eyes a turtle. Can you find it?”
Sequence Activity
Sequence activities help your child learn about why events happen.
You can do this activity with your child while you read the book. The second way is a memory activity after reading the book.

- Cut and Gluing Ocean and NOT Ocean Animals
- Cut and Gluing Scuba Gear and NOT Scuba Gear
- Fine Motor Activity: Tracing Strips
Color Matching Activity
This is an activity where your child can practice color sorting:
- Yellow
- Red
- Orange
- Green
- Blue
- Purple
Matching Card Activity
This activity helps your child develop attention to detail.
One card has a picture of an ocean animal. Another one has a zoomed-in photo of an ocean animal.
Lay all the ocean animal cards out. Hand your child the zoomed-in photos of the ocean animals. Lastly, have them sort them to the correct picture.
