An Ocean theme unit lesson is a great way to start the summer with children. It is a great way to introduce children to the beach if you are planning a visit for the first time or planning a visit to the aquarium.

Ocean inspired lessons you can do with your children:

I have created a simple activity pack that helps introduce children to the animals that live in the ocean. The activity pack is great for toddlers and preschoolers. Activities included are 3-Part Montessori cards, Letter Tracing and Coloring Sheets, Word Tracing, Word Building Activity, and Play-Doh Mats.

3-Part Montessori Cards

Word Building

Activity includes Montessori moveable alphabet letters. But if you have a moveable alphabet set at home, bring them out for this activity! Your child can practice word-building with ocean animal names.
